Understanding Gdbdz Sizing
Please note that the sizing varies greatly between brands and styles, so we recommend using our chart only as a general guide.
To ensure the best fit, please measure yourself with a measuring tape and refer to our centimeter and inch size charts instead of relying solely on the size equivalent chart for various countries.
How to Measure Yourself
To get the most accurate measurements, follow these tips:
- Wear your undergarments: Always wear the undergarments and support garments you plan on wearing with the outfit. This ensures you measure accurately.
- Use a new measuring tape: Old measuring tapes may stretch out and be inaccurate. To verify accuracy, line up your measuring tape with a plastic or wooden ruler. If the inches/centimeters match, you’re good to go!
- Relax: Do not suck in your stomach or hold your breath. Relax your body and keep your arms down and relaxed during measurement. Get a friend to assist you so you can get the most accurate measurements.
- Tape Position: The measuring tape should be just snug enough but not tight. Gently wrap and overlap the measuring tape to get the most accurate measurements.
- Measurements:
- Bust: Measure around the largest part of your bust.
- Hips: Measure around the largest part of your hips.
- Waist: Measure around your waist, right above your belly button.
What if You’re in Between Sizes?
If you are between sizes, always choose the larger size. For example, if your bust and waist are a size 4, but your hips are a size 6, order a size 6 for comfort. You might need to make slight alterations to areas that are a little loose. Some alternative undergarments may also help fill out the difference.
